1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Youngallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
Artists must be under 35 years of age to apply for an artist account. Collectors must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Artist Listings
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including titles, descriptions, dimensions, pricing, and availability. Artists retain copyright to their work and grant Youngallery a license to display it on the platform.
4. Commission & Payments
Youngallery charges a 15% commission on completed sales, which covers payment processing and platform support. Artists are paid within 14 days of confirmed delivery. There are no upfront fees or monthly subscriptions.
5. Purchases & Shipping
Prices displayed are final and inclusive of platform fees for collectors. Artists ship works directly to collectors. Youngallery provides packaging guidance but is not responsible for shipping delays or damage in transit.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misrepresent your work or identity, infringe on the intellectual property of others, circumvent the platform to avoid commissions, or engage in any unlawful or harmful activity.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the integrity of the community. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
